After 10 months they don't charge and the connectivity has been spotty since I got them. They didn't last a year and customer service never responded back to me. Just find another earbud to get. These ones are made with cheap hardware that doesn't last.

The sound is excellent. The only issue I have is I can't get them to fit the way I'd like in my ear. I've tried the different size silicone ear pieces that it comes with but none seem to fit right. Unsure if it's just me or this is how these earbuds are.

Apparently I need 2 different sizes and a few times those sizes seemed too big (in both ears even though they fit beforehand) but once I got them in the right orientation after a few tries I can’t feel them at all.

Bought a pair of soundcores maybe 6 years ago when i stumbled upon them working at walmart and i was hooked - got my best friend a pair and they live them too. I lost an earbud and went though 2 random brands of headphones thinking i would find a similar experience to soundcore and i was wrong lol. Finally bought the P40i yesterday and they arrived today (packaged well too) and im back in love. Definitely a customer for life!
S/N: the fit of the buds is great, no slipping around, and i love the kickstand feature omg. Sound is indescribable.

Unusable for phone calls

I bought this intending to use primarily for phone calls. From the very beginning, callers complained that they couldn't hear me well, or that I sounded far away, or that my voice seemed to be coming through a long tube. This does not work for a professional environment. I have tried various settings in the app, and it seemed that disabling noise cancellation improved the issue somewhat. But lately the issue seems totally random. Callers still complain that they can't hear me well, until I disconnect the earbuds and make the call with my phone up to my ear. I have no choise but to replace these with something else. For listening to music, they are just fine. But for phone calls, I found them useless.

I cannot connect the ear buds to a new iPhone. The buds simply don't show up on my list of devices, no matter what I do. AND there's no customer service by phone. Suggest you do not buy from this company.

I received the Soundcore P40i Earbuds today. I couldn't be happier. I spent much more money on another manufacturer's earbuds, and I can honestly say that these are clearer and louder than those. I was hesitant to buy these, as you usually get what you pay for, but I took a chance anyhow. I am kind of blown away at how good these sound. Worth every penny. I'm hopeful that they will pass the test of time. I will write an update in the future, but as of now, I'm extremely happy.
