Haven't used tablet much. A screen protector and protective case were to have been ordered- paid for both items.
7 days later no notice/email to let me know status of order. Agent said items had not been ordered. Agent said he'd process the order and I'd have it in 2 business days. Well 3 business days later no items received. Went to store to cancel those 2 items and 45 minutes later I have to wait to cancel order yet.
