I love this product and it is the second one that I have purchased. For some reason the high charger for the phone just stopped working. I have tried several things but it will not work. The watch charger and the back lower plate for AirPods continues to work but what I need it the phone charger. I'm wondering if there is any way to fix this.

I love the way the HiRise 3 looks and the watch and AirPod charging stations work but the phone charging platform doesn’t charge my iPhone 16 pro with a MagSafe approved Casely case on so it’s useless to me. My phone with case on charges with all of the other wireless chargers I’ve used it with. So I’ll be returning the product for a refund.
