Phone collapses on stand

Using the phone vertical with the stand only lasted about a week or so, now it collapses on itself, no damage to the case whatsoever, pad $70 and haven’t been able to use the full function of it

After only a week with regular use the hinge for the stand broke. Therefore in collapses on itself when open.
