Awful keyboard fell off unable to put back on

I had to send back. Right after I received it and open up the case the keyboard fell off and unable to put back on. It was very hard to open. I liked the old Zagg case much better without the removable keyboard!

This is the second rugged book in a row that never closes all the way unless I manually push the hinge. The problem occurs because the iPad slides out slightly from the groove holding it; there not tight enough of a hold that the hinge comes all the way forward when you close it.

Difficult to assemble; once I finally got my iPad installed, it was fine. It should have been a seamless transition from the previous model, but it was not.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
The Rugged Book holds up well in the field. It is well-built and works well for our application. The only drawback is that the case tends to break where it connects to the keyboard after about a year of use. I wish there were more lugs where the case meets the keyboard to prevent this from happening, or that the hinge tension was reduced.

Definetly like its name Rugged book little tricky to learn keyboard keys to turn on backlight and change color for keys as I looked up support for keyboard and it explains how to use combo of keys I will print that out. The pencil connected well as the keyboard to my Apple 11 M3.
