Worst experience of all time. Old iPhone I had previously bought certified pre-owned from Verizon randomly died, so I ordered a refurbished iPhone 15 pro. This phone shut down within an hour of using, brought to the Apple store where they declared it a dud. Would not upgrade for inconvenience, instead shipped a replacement refurbished 15 pro which has no tracking information or estimated delivery date. Instead of immediately being able to replace my old broken phone, it's been a week and counting without a phone as a college student. Will never buy Verizon pre-owned again.

iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max are splash, water, and dust resistant and were tested under controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP68 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 6 meters up to 30 minutes). Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions. Resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.
The display has rounded corners. When measured as a standard rectangle, the screen is 6.12 inches (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15) or 6.69 inches (iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 15 Plus) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.

Placed an order, re-routed back to Verizon before delivery to avoid restocking fee. Customer should be provided a true restocking fee-free chance to physically examine the pre-owned phone quality. A complain letter is sent online to customer support team.

Received a broken phone, corporate store wouldn’t help get me a replacement so I did it myself over the phone. I was told I wouldn’t have to pay a $50 restock fee to return it for the replacement when I went to return it at the store they refused to help waive the fee and wouldn’t let me return it without paying $50. Verizon customer service in stores is unacceptable and it should never be this complicated I am a customer online, on the phone and in the store just the same.

There was no scratches, dents and it looked brand new. Just as described. I love the white titanium color. It so cool. I also love the size of the phone, the screen has a nice display on it. I love the pro. Will be getting a pro again.
