Unfortunately, the Verizon store customer service representative was misleading. We were told that we could add a line to receive the benefit of a new phone and our bill would actually decrease because there were benefits that we were not receiving that we could take advantage of. I believe the rep was trying to make a sale and wasn't honest. I just received our new bill and it's $100 more not less. Very disappointed! We cannot afford a monthly bill increase. Any suggestions? Can we return the phone and cancel the new line?

I got this phone for my mother after upgrading mine to a different iPhone. She’s coming from the 13 & honestly there wasn’t anything wrong with that one. Just as she’s getting older, having a bigger screen was something I wanted her to have She had that one for almost 3 years and before that, I had it for 2. I wanted for her to actually have a brand new phone this go around to use it as long as she wanted. She’s so happy with her new phone and loves how it fits in her hands. All in all, I think she’s very happy with it and i enjoying her ne phone.
