Why is this phone hot when using/ or plugged in - really ! I shut it off and turn back on like I was told/ problem still - so is my other two friends who purchase same phone having same problem, I should of kept my I phone 13 and not trade in

Apple Intelligence is available in beta on all iPhone 16 models, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max, with Siri and device language set to U.S. English, as an iOS 18 update. English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK) language support available this December. Some features and support for additional languages, like Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, and others, will be coming over the course of the next year.
The displays have rounded corners. When measured as a rectangle, the screen is 6.12 inches (iPhone 16), 6.69 inches (iPhone 16 Plus), 6.27 inches (iPhone 16 Pro) or 6.86 inches (iPhone Pro Max) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.
Battery life varies by use and configuration. See apple.com/batteries for more information.
Accessories sold separately.
Some features may not be available for all countries or all areas.
Roadside Assistance, Emergency SOS, and Messages via satellite are included for free for two years with the activation of any iPhone 14 or later model. Incompetence and faulty transactional systems

This was not supposed to be a prepaid purchase. Somehow coding of the transaction got screwed up, and I was charged for the phone in full, when the store tried to reverse the charge, they were told that only a US treasurer refund could be completed, therefore 1250.00 is on my Credit card reducing my purchase ability on my card, and they state it could take 3 weeks to process the check, so I will end up paying my Credit card bill before I receive the refund. Oddly Verizon corporate called to see if everything with my transaction went smooth. I explained the situation, they sent me back to the corporate store to get the refund. While at the store I had to return my phone which i spent hours setting up, as they stated they had to do a return and reissue a new phone. Upon doing this I now had a new phone and it took them 2 hours to transfer the data, and even though they transferred the data, none of the settings came through. What makes things worse is that they still were unable to provide me the credit i was due. So being back at Square -6 hours to re set my settings and the additional time, I was back to waiting 3 weeks for a check. that evening i received another call from the corporate customer service to verify that all went well. When I explained what happened, they said that if I went back tot he store, at 10 am CST on June 24,2025, they would call my phone and they would explain to the corporate store how to reissue the credit on my credit card. So on June 24 at 9 am CST i made what is now my 4th trip to the store, to arrive promptly by 10 am CST and I explained to the store representative what transpired the night before on the phone with corporate customer service, and they said they had done everything possible to get me a credit on my charge card but that the system only provided for a US Treasury refund. But they said that they would talk to Corporate Customer service when they called. We waited until 10:45 am, CST and NO call came in, so the store employee called corporate customer service and asked for the representaitve's which i spoke to the night before notes of the call. The store representative explained to the corporate customer service what had transpired the last time I was in the store, and that the Verizon system only provided for a US Treasury refund not a refund of the credit card. They asked for a minute to review. Well 45 minutes later they came back and stated they would need 5 to 7 days to investigate the issue. So i wasted another 4 hours on this visit. and in the time that it will take them to investigate my original charge of 1250.00 which was made 11 days earlier has now come due on my Credit Card statement and for the past 11 days and by the date of this review it has been 16 days, I have had a 1250.00 lower charge ability on my Credit card. I have doubts that this issue will get reviewed and doubts that this situation will get resolved.

Great phone but Bluetooth isn't great

Solid phone, AI is pretty good, more like Siri taking vitamins. Sound from the embedded speakers is a big step up from iPhone 13. Screen bezel is nice and thin...good stuff. Overall, it feels like a solid phone. Downside - Bluetooth is much less effective. Took a few steps back.

This iPhone is very susceptible to water damage. Ones made ten years ago were the first to be water resistant, and this one feels like stepping backwards in time. Siri is still dumb as a donut. Apple Intelligence is a weakling. I almost want to change over to an android at this point, but I hate to break up a good thing. Now that iPhones are being produced on such a massive scale and everyone has one, they are gonna start losing even their fiercest loyalists.
