Maybe it's just me, but it seems like the battery doesn't last as long as my 14 did. And it seems to get warm quickly when it's being charged on the magnetic charger. I almost want my old phone back :( but the camera is way better, so there's that!

Trying to order a new phone for my daughter was just a horrific experience. I worked with the Philippines, India and Mexico and none of those customer service reps were empowered to solve my problem and told gave me information that simply was not accurate. I was attempting to stop an online shipment of an iPhone which had gone from a delivery date of one day to one week (first Verizon lie), sent to my daughter's in Louisville so instead she could go direct to a Verizon store near her and pick up a phone. I was lied too in promised phones calls to how the case was being handled. I have dates and names of my attempts to work through this issue but Verizon management is either clueless to how requests are being handled or the more likely, they simply don't care. I'm stuck for 3 years but will be looking for a more customer focused and honest carrier in the future. Beware!

Apple Intelligence is available in beta on all iPhone 16 models, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max, with Siri and device language set to U.S. English, as an iOS 18 update. English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK) language support available this December. Some features and support for additional languages, like Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, and others, will be coming over the course of the next year.
The displays have rounded corners. When measured as a rectangle, the screen is 6.12 inches (iPhone 16), 6.69 inches (iPhone 16 Plus), 6.27 inches (iPhone 16 Pro) or 6.86 inches (iPhone Pro Max) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.
Battery life varies by use and configuration. See apple.com/batteries for more information.
Accessories sold separately.
Some features may not be available for all countries or all areas.
Roadside Assistance, Emergency SOS, and Messages via satellite are included for free for two years with the activation of any iPhone 14 or later model. Honestly the 16pro isn’t much different than the 11 I turned in for how I use my phone. The camera is amazing & a noticeable difference in the battery for this senior user. My reason for giving this review is the service I rec’d from the Verizon store @ Colorado Mills. They provided quality care from several employees all while multi tasking helping customers around the room. A hard working crew. 👍

Changed from 40GB AT&T 4 line plan and dead spots to an unlimited 4 line plan with 4 new iPhone 16 pros with 256GB storage for essentially the same price per month.

Picked up this great phone during the rare promos to existing customers. Placed the order and selected shipping based on delivery vs pickup dates, and upcoming travel. One day later, delivery date changed to my travel dates and long story short, VZ and shipper policy prevented any changes to delivery details. Wasted far too much time discovering that.

The iPhone 16 pro is amazing. The camera is so crisp and clear, and it has amazing features that my older model did not have. I have been very satisfied with this upgrade.

This is a great phone. I went away from Apple years back, and over time the Androids have been taken over with extras that do NOT enhance the services of your cell phone provider. Is the Apple perfect? No, but it seems to work a lot more smoothly and effectively with less automatically installed garbage than products from other vendors. I have to learn the features better, but so far so good.
