The display has rounded corners that follow a beautiful curved design, and these corners are within a standard rectangle. When measured as a standard rectangular shape, the screen is 6.27 inches (iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro), 6.55 inches (iPhone Air), or 6.86 inches (iPhone 17 Pro Max) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.
Compared with previous-generation iPhone.

The iPhone 17 has a battery longevity issue. I would have opted for a 16 if I knew this was going to be the case. I do appreciate the better camera quality and options as opposed to the older phone I was using. Overall it is ok , I do not require bells and whistles for my type of usage.

Does the phone come with a charger, or does that need to be purchased separately?

The iPhone 17 does not come with a wall charger (power adapter) in the box. As part of environmental initiatives, Apple only includes a USB-C to USB-C charging cable. You will need to use an existing USB-C power adapter or purchase a new one separately.
