We have 2 new pixel 10pro XL's to replace our pixel 7pro's. Its seemingly the same phone, with slightly rounded edges. Luckily we had a trade in value, or I would have just kept my 7pro's. But, they work fine ..

Disappointment

The UPS delivery attempts were terribly handled. Made worse by not allowing me to reschedule or change delivery location. And then when trying to guarantee my order, Verizon gave me a chat bot who didn't understand the problems I had and made me cancel the order and do another at a later date because there system can't handle it. Very sad about the all around customer service as a long standing customer.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

The Pixel 10 Pro XL has a lot of great features but lacks a means of selecting a different arrangement of the App icons. It only show an array of 4 x 5 and only allows a single row for the names and even then only shows part of the name truncates the rest. This makes is very difficult to tell what they are. To correct this major flaw I had to purchase the Nova software which allows me to change the array size to a more readable 3 x 4 and to include two lined for the name with no truncation.

I upgraded my Kyocera Flip Phone to the Google Pixel 10 Pro Xl in order to ungrade my phone capability and enjoyment. Instead I got a very suffisticated piece of garbage that was not at all user friendly or easy to use. Just trying to turn the Pixel 10 on is a feat if you have never had a smartphone. Much less tryng to enter phone numbers for contacts, which I had to do Manually and It would not download from my flip phone. After 3 days of trying to learn the phone, and being constantly frustrated, I returned to phone to the Verizon store where I bought it and reactivated my Kyocera Flip Phone. If you are going to entice customers to upgrade their phone with great deals at least provide written instruction of how to operate the phone easily. Do not leave them guessing. And don't expect them to search the internet for answers as that just frustrates them more. I am fairly computer literate and can make most computer programs sing for me. But I could not even Make the Google Pixel 10 Pro help me in anyway. It just continually frustrated the bejesus out of me. I definitely would not recommend the Google Pixel 10 Pro to any first time Smartphone user. If I could give it a negative star rating I would or about MINUS 5.
