Stated online that was available for express pickup so ordered but order was never entered or received by store so we cancelled the order. Any idea when they will be back in stock?
Please also make sure my bill reflects we did not get the item.

I have called multiple times because of my phone number porting, I am receiving my husbands text messages and visa versa and still no resolution. The frustrating part is that I have not even been with Verizon for a month yet!

As with any change, there's a learning curve, but the Verizon Staff help greatly. The file transfer process worked smoothly. I just had to restructure my 4 screen s of Icons. I had 38 Apps, and all but 2 came over, with the data. Very good!
