To assist you better, could you please share with us more information regarding when this issue first occurred and the steps you have taken to resolve it? May I suggest checking if your device has the latest software update? To do this, go to your Settings > System > Advanced > System updates and make sure all your apps are updated. Meanwhile, you can also try resetting your app preferences. This will reset your notification settings and default apps, but your data will remain intact. Simply go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See all apps > Menu (three dots on the top right) > Reset app preferences. Please keep us updated on how this goes for you.
