Thank you for your feedback, MrPPower. We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying your device overall. To clarify, in the box you’ll find: USB cable, guides, and SIM tool. Some of our newer devices do not include a charging brick. This is part of Motorola’s commitment to reducing environmental impact and electronic waste, and it’s a practice that is becoming more common across the industry. For the best charging experience, we recommend using a compatible TurboPower™ charger, which can be purchased separately from the Motorola website or authorized retailers. We appreciate your understanding and hope you continue to enjoy your phone! If you ever need help, give us a holler or reach out to our official Moto G Power community page: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/moto-g-power-2025/bd-p/moto_g_power_2025_en.motorola.com Originally posted on motorola.com

Why do i need to go to verizon to activate this phone
Hi Benny, Thank you for your inquiry. The Moto G Power 2025 is a Verizon-branded prepaid device, which means it must be activated on Verizon’s network. Verizon handles the activation because the phone needs to be linked to a Verizon prepaid account and their SIM/eSIM system. You can activate it directly with Verizon (in-store or online). -Mitch

What does the prepaid mean?
Hi Marti, Thank you for reaching out with your question. A prepaid phone means that you pay for your service in advance, with no contracts, credit checks, or monthly bills. You simply load your account with funds and use the phone until that balance runs out, then you can add more when needed. -Mitch
With Verizon Prepaid, you pay ahead for the service you want each month. Choose from prepaid plans for mobile phones, smartwatches, tablets, hotspots and routers. There's no credit check, no deposit, no annual contract.a mobile service where customers pay for their monthly service in advance, rather than paying a bill at the end of each month. It's often referred to as a "no annual contract" plan, meaning there's no long-term commitment, and customers can easily switch plans or cancel service without penalty. ~Balter
