I used phone for 2 weeks but it would turn off and jump to other screens when I was trying to text or email. Sent phone back to Moto. It was returned to me as"repaired" but I have not switched back to it yet. My excitement over 2025 Moto has wanted and I'm using my Moto 2024 currently. Would have preferred phone replaced with new or not sent back to me. It's not good to buy new phone and it does not work well in first few days.

When the LG Stylo 3 came out I was all hyped. I didn't really use Motorola before. I couldn't get the Stylo 3 but I got the Stylo 4 figuring it would be better. I broke it within a couple months and a friend of mine gave me his brand new Moto G5 back in 2018. Honestly I didn't have any kind of expectations and I already counted on getting a new phone but this phone wasn't even a thought. Even back then the phone has a swipe back instead of the back and home button in the item bar. That feature alone kept me using that Moto G5 longer than I had planned. It took a couple years for me to even replace that one. I dropped that one into the river and I went out and found a new one. I'm a roofer by trade and I don't usually carry my phone on the roof with me but sometimes it calls for me to have my phone in the air. I don't use a screen protector but I do use a case. I've dropped the Moto g power off the roof or awful ladder , it's bounced off of gutters fell down the house like a pinball and the screen is so resilient people are blown away at how much of a beating that screen takes. There is a certain limit cuz I have broken several screens but it usually takes about 300 falls or more before it gives. I recommend this phone to absolutely everyone I come in contact with if the subject of phones come up. Personally I've tried a lot of other phones over the years and Motorola is the only phone that absolutely worth the price. Three of my four kids used Motorola and they won't use anything else my third son uses an iPhone which I repeatedly see being broken but he has to be trendy. I'm very surprised that Motorola isn't the most talked about phone producer out there. I don't care what free apps come with or what kind of extras they offer the phone alone is worth the cost.

Motorola G Power 2025, I bought one for my wife first, then I bought one for me. For both of us, it replaced our older Motorola G Power phones. Really like the power model, and not having to be tied to an outlet.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

This phone can handle recording video and playing difficult video games simultaneously with ease. My only issue is that when you have a higher RAM boost selected, it isn't shown that you have less storage in your settings. It is also fully waterproof.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

A great upgrade from the Moto G Power 2021 that I replaced. The move of materials from one phone to the other on startup was almost eerie in its completeness. The days of needing to back up your IMs or other data are gone. Similar in concept to my old phone but everything is quicker and more responsive. I've had two transition challenges -- the headphone jack in on the bottom now, which is fine, but I always pick up the phone upside-down because of it; and it's a bit top-heavy so I've needed to change my grip to hold it securely, one finger up the back of it. I'm not sleeving it because its body have a nice grippy surface that doesn't want to slip out of my hands when I'm using it. Given the price if I break it early I'm not too concerned. I have about zero fingerprints because I'm old and work with firewood all the time. This phone detects my weak fingerprints like a champ, so I've turned off face recognition. No inadvertent opens, and super-easy intentional opens. A great sensor for that which I'm not used to having on ANY device let alone my phone.

Does this phone require a physical sim card and if so does it come with one?
