The RAZ Memory Cell Phone is designed to simplify communication for seniors and offer peace of mind to caregivers. With a user-friendly interface, seniors can easily make and receive calls by tapping contact pictures, while caregivers can remotely manage settings, contacts, and features via the RAZ Care app. The phone is customizable to meet individual needs, offering options like video calling, routine reminders, and super-large buttons for those with low vision or hand tremors. It includes features to ensure the phone stays charged, such as battery alerts, and safeguards like call blocking, quiet hours, and repetitive call limitations. Additional features like auto-answer, loudspeaker mode, and loneliness alerts help seniors stay connected and safe. Currently the RAZ Memory Cell Phone does not support text messaging; this feature will be added in the 2nd quarter of this year. Unique accessories like a protective case and wireless charger (purchased separately) add extra convenience, making the RAZ Memory Cell Phone a comprehensive solution for keeping seniors in touch while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Set reminders.
Choose dates and times to send reminders and create a routine for the senior. Reminders can be in the form of text or text and audio recordings. Select the date, time, and frequency. Manage their routine or send a simple one-time reminder. It’s up to you.
Easy to use!
To place a call, simply tap and hold the contact’s picture. Answering a call is just as easy. There are no menus, applications or access to settings. No distractions and no confusion.
Remote manage by caregivers.
The caregiver remotely manages contacts, settings and other aspects of their senior’s RAZ Memory Cell Phone from anywhere in the world with their own smartphone, through the RAZ Care app. The senior does not manage the RAZ Memory Cell Phone themselves.
Customize the phone based on needs and abilities.
Every feature is optional since every senior is different! Give your senior access to the features you believe they need and can use safely and proficiently.
Connect with video calls.
Video call the senior at any time through the RAZ Care app. To keep the experience simple, the senior answers video calls in the same way they answer voice calls.
Keep the phone charged.
A series of features help the senior keep the phone charged. The features include: a reminder to charge sent to the senior when the battery is low, a text message alert sent to the caregiver when the battery is low, the ability of the caregiver to check the battery power at any time, and the ability of the senior to receive visual and audible confirmation that the phone is charging when they start to charge their phone.
Block unwanted calls.
Protect seniors! Eliminate phone scams and robocalls. Limit incoming calls to contacts and approved numbers.
Set quiet hours and control repetitive calls.
Quiet hours: set up times of the day, such as at night, when the senior can’t call specific contacts. This feature can be crucial for those caring for seniors with dementia who confuse night and day.
Control repetitive calls: set a cap on how many times the senior can call a contact within a specified period of time. Repetitive calling is common with those who have memory problems. For both features, the senior can hear an audio message recorded by the caregiver when they are prevented from calling.
