Been three weeks and thus far I'm happy with my decision and purchase. Ryan, the tech that set up and transferred info from my old phone to new phone was a prince. Very patient and knowledgeable. He suggested a package plan that fits my budget.

phone glitches out when you use any application and I mean when you use any application. this phone glitches phone calls it's extremely slow no matter if you're connected to Wi-Fi or not . I highly do not recommend this phone . I'm extremely dissatisfied with this phone . I should have read the reviews before I bought it. While this phone is the cheapest Samsung offered, this phone is overpriced. If you are looking for a phone to only make phone calls and receive texts, then this phone is fine, but if you are looking to purchase a smart phone bypass this one. This phone is incapable of toggling between multiple apps without delay and if you listen to podcasts, do not expect to browse any other app on your phone while doing so. If you receive a call while you are using the phone, expect a delay in the phone being able to process you accepting the call. Do not buy, spend the extra money for the next cheapest Samsung. Verizon should not be selling products like this.
