I didn't open the package and activate the phone.
My Kyocera Duraforce 2 came back to life and is still working well.
I prefer the Duraforce 2 because it is durable and well-protected against case and screen damage without installing protective case and display covers.

Actually ordered the samsung 24 since i alteady had the 21 same version....dont know why the 21 arrived other than we were comparing it. Sent it right back and still waiting for acknowledgement that the received the unwanted phone. Can't order the correct one till they fix this. Annoyed

I have been a satisfied Verizon Wireless customer for decades. We currently have 4 phones on our plan and are very close to upgrading 3 of those. My current phone is the Samsung S21 FE 5G. I've had it for about a year and so I am still paying for it. In the past, when I have traveled overseas, I have signed up for Verizon's International Plan for those devices we bring with us on our trips. Today, I was looking into purchasing an International Plan for an upcoming trip. When I reached the page where it asked which of the 4 devices I will be bringing on my trip, I was surprised to see that only my S21 phone (the newest of the 4) was greyed out, and underneath my phone it read "Does Not Work Outside of the United States" Clicking that, I was further informed that my only suggested options were to purchase another phone or to bring a different phone. I called Verizon Support. The technician I spoke to confirmed that he also received that same message concerning the S21 FE. The technician showed concern and was friendly, but he didn't have much of an answer or suggestion beyond what I had already saw for myself. I decided to then call Samsung support to see if this particular model was in fact one that only worked in the US, and they indicated that the issue was most likely related to the Verizon network. They suggested that what I should do was have Verizon unlock the phone. I believe that suggestion would mean that I would then have the ability to use a SIM card overseas. Only, what I wanted to use was to use the Verizon Network and the International Plan and not deal with SIM cards. Even if unlocking were my only option, I don't think I now want to take a chance of arriving overseas to find out this phone just won't work over there no matter what I do. I feel I'm left with no choice but to get another phone even though I've barely paid for this one. I am extremely upset that Verizon would advertise a phone as a suggested replacement option, and not at all mention that this particular phone when on their network can't be used outside of the United States. That is not at all an insignificant feature for someone who travels. There should be big bold letters specifying information as critical as this. Instead there was nothing to indicate this anywhere. I think Verizon should allow me to purchase a new phone, and forgive me what I owe on this phone. I shouldn't have to find out in this way that my phone only won't work at all outside of the United States. I'm sure anyone who also purchased this phone from Verizon would not have known this about this limitation until, like me, they tried to purchase an International Plan from Verizon for this phone.

I've had this phone for about 18 months now and it's great. I've had a Samsung Galaxy in some form or another for probably 15 years now. Charges super fast (with correct charger), last me all day and then some, video and picture quality are great (camera has pro mode and if you know how to manually adjust it's great), and just overall a great phone. My one drawback before purchase was not having a headphone jack. I have a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter and I've rarely used it. Wireless headphones and earbuds are super inexpensive now. Love the "super fast charge" capability. I have a 65W charger that'll go 10% up to about 90% in maybe 30 minutes.

Enjoy the phone except for 2 things, 1 it uses Macaffee security, you cannot remove this if you don't like it. I prefer ESET Nod 32. Also if you want to use wired headphones. You have an adapter to plug into the hdmi mini port.

This phone is on the larger size and has a decent screen but was a little too laggy for me to use on a daily basis. I ended up exchanging it at my Verizon store for an S23. I feel that the screen is better than most budget phones but still didn't really feel like it belonged on a Galaxy device. It also lagged quite a bit when I played games. Not as bad as most budget phones but for the price I feel it should have had a much brighter screen and slightly faster processor. I didn't notice much difference in this phone than the Galaxy A14 that I bought for my daughter, and that phone cost a few hundred dollars less than the FE21. This phone would be nice for someone who wants a higher end budget smartphone and doesn't mind the dimmer screen ands lower processor.

Bought this 2 years ago and it is the worse samsung phone I have ever had and I have had samsung phones for 20 years. The battery needs charged daily and I do very little with my phone. It also takes hours to charge. The Camara is not high quality and I wish that I bought the ultra like my wife. That is a way better phone because it doesn't have these problems.

Not even a month in and I HATE it. The battery life is awful. I cannot use my GPS while it's plugged in to stay charged. I will have almost 30% by lunch time without even being on it.

I've had this phone for 1½ yrs and am still learning/figuring out how to utilize all the features. This phone by far takes better pictures than any other phone I've owned. I love the option to switch to pro camera.
The fact that you can link to a compatible smart T.V. to get a computer, is 100% worth every dime you spend!
