Battery life while in use is pathetic, my 5 year old cheapo burner phone had better battery life and was just as fast. Everything else is average at best. Seems to reset itself to Samsung branded duplicate apps and widgets, like the keyboard) which is incredibly inconvenient. I just want to use the standard Android keyboard, you didn't need to go and reinvent it and force it down my throat, thank you.

Device was easy to setup love how far Samsung has came. Return back to android after having a iPhone for 5years I miss how everything is not so locked down and behind a paid wall. Camera is much much better than the iPhone at night

Don't Buy Pre-Owned Without Insurance

The phone works great, and even exceeds expectations in terms of photography potential. When ordering certified pre-owned, however, the device was delivered with a small crack (10-12mm) in the top-left quadrant of the screen, which I must now repair myself since I don't pay for phone insurance.

Samsung phones have a design flaw the the sticky glue that is meant to hold the back panel in place and water proof fails after 1 year of use . The battery is not the issue as its still like it was from the factory . The issue is the cheapest glue that Samsung is using to hold the back panel in place unlikely to by a samsung phone if samsung is just going to use this flawed glue I suggest that samsung find a better way to keep the back panel in place and water proof or atless a way better glue that the current glue used to hold the back panel in place
