This phone came as if it was new, and everything works fine except with the headphones. Sometimes it makes a weird noise and can be a bit annoying. Still, I would recommend this phone. Everything else works pretty good.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

got this as an upgrade to a galaxy A54, phone is like brand new, no issues. I originally got the A54 because of the micro sd storage option, which the S23+ lacks. The S23+ has better performance, but not sure it was worth the loss of the micro sd storage option. so much easier to swap out the card as opposed to uploading and downloading files. Smart switch failed to transfer everything completely between phones. wish samsung would bring back the micro sd option to the S series. Overall happy with the S23+ and recommend taking advantage of the huge savings in purchasing a renewed phone.
