All the intrusive pop up ads are inexcusable. I will not be recommending Verizon as a phone provider to anyone. I was assured that my new service would be far better than my former. After only a month, I had to get a warranty replacement phone, and was charged $30 to transfer my data over to the replacement phone. So much for superior customer service.

I thought that I wouldn't like this phone since I've had the z flip for so long, but I really love this phone... thanks Verizon for an upgrade
