You pay for service at the beginning, then they hit you with a doubled bill, and the next months bill and say you have to pay it all. My activation wasnt even a month ago.

I once loved my Sansung, and I wiuld usually choose Samsung over ios, but I am appalled at the forceful updates. It did not let ME choose as the consumer on how I want my phone to function. It was not optional to update my system, and I absolutely HATE it. My Samsung s24 ultra was functioning perfectly fine prior to the update that forcefully installed on May 2, 2025. It changed the look of everything on my phone, and the functionality, and as a consumer, I am extremely unhappy. Terrible choice to make functionality so much like an ios device, which I specifically choose to not purchase. There should be options for the look and function of the phone to be like the previous version. Please allow us customers to change things back. I hate the battery percentage look, I hate my clock on my home screen, I hate the change in the drop down menu, I hate that my apps look like bubbles, and many many other things. Terrible choice for Samsung, and many other customers feel this same way after minimal research.

Fantastic phone and capabilities. No issues with stuttering or errors. Lightning fast and just a very enjoyable experience. One of the most underrated features is the Dex remote desktop. What a fantastic way to play cloud based games or mobile games for a large TV.
