I love this phone. Once you feel it in your hands you will never go back to heavier ones. The phone feels premium, the screen is amazing, design is impeccable, the software is smooth. The battery could use some improvement, but I always have a wireless charger nearby whether in my office, by my bed or in my car. Also maybe I shouldn't use my phone so much lol. Great job Samsung! I am looking forward to new lighter phones in the future. Please don't discontinue edge lineup.

I am not overly impressed with this phone, it was not the phone I was planning on purchasing. The store we went to was out of the S25 and I felt pressured into this purchase. It has been hard to find a case for this phone which the the store had none of. I also had to go elsewhere for a screen protector as they didn't have those either. I found out after the purchase that this phone was only on the market for less than 6 months because of poor sales and other issues. The camera was bragged to be better, it is not. I will be returning it before my 30 days are up.

Ordered online, given 24 hours to pick up despite seeing on Verizon website I would have 7 days to pick phone up. Was given an email on the one day of the week I work late and when phone arrived at my selected Verizon store. Told I had 24 hours to pick up up order or it would be canceled. I called store to explain they were an hour away and could not get there on the date given. No flexibility would be provided. Website says I could go on it to manage order but it did not provide flexibility with a pick up date. It was the store date or not get the phone. The store canceled the order exactly in 24 hours. Great customer service and working with someone on a day to pick up phone-not. If ordering a phone online and wanting to pick it up at a selected store, be prepared to have no job or responsibilities until the phone is ready and you can pick it up on the day you are told its available.

Had to upgrade earlier than wanted because I broke my phone. The Galaxy S25 is a great phone and what I expected. Not much has changed in a while which isn't bad, some good but also would've liked newer bells and whistles since the S21.
