I ordered a phone online and drove 100 miles to pick up. When I got there, I was told it wasn't ready and would be notified when it was. I spent the night and still was not notified. I have received notices that my order was cancelled but am now seeing a charge for the new phone on my bill.

It took a lot of help from your staff to get it set up right for me. Due to medical condition I am unable to flip from one screen to another without having seizures. One of your staff in Burlington, Washington went the extra mile to help while others made matters worse or had an attitude of "I don't care". I, nor the woman who went with me, were impressed with the original sales rep. she didn't even answer direct questions from either of us. My friend knows a lot about phone technology.

So far so good. I find the phone's battery to be great. I can go all day (heavy usage) on 1 charge, even a few times I've gone 2 full days (moderate usage) on 1 charge. The screen size is very good, not too big or small.

Ths cell phone has significant changes from my previos Samsung phone. Hard to get used to. I am having a major issue downloading photos to my PC. I can see my phone as a memory device but am unable to then see the photo file. Local Verizon personel were uable to help.
