The phone does exactly what my wife and I want, a simple to use phone with the ability to use telephone, text and data. Verizon was extremely helpful porting me over from a real nightmare with T-Mobile. Steve B in the Worth Ave. store in Woodbridge VA was the perfect employee to meet our needs. He was extremely diligent working through that mess which had potentially compromised my social security number. A great phone from a great company.
