The phone is nice, however I am a very dissatisfied customer. You guys sent me 2 IPhone 17 pro phones, and 2 Samsung Galaxy s25 plus phones. I only upgraded 2 lines, yet you guys sent me 4 phones. Now I have to be inconvenienced by shipping 2 of the phones back to you guys. I tried returning them to the store but you guys said I had to ship them. You guys need to pay for shipping. I am thoroughly dissatisfied!

On January 14, 2026 there was a total cell outage for Verizon. The phone is great, when the cell service works.

This is a significant upgrade from the S22+ I have been using for the past 3 to 4 years. Performance is excellent, and so far, the battery life has been very good.

Our interaction with Magnus at the Verizon store wss better than expected. He really is easy to deal with and cares about his customer. I highly recommend either using Verizon or another service to do the data transfer. Plus being able to answer many questions.

The Samsung Galaxy S 25+ has all the battery life you need to get you through your day. The display is crisp and vibrant and the colors pop! The camera takes excellent photos and you can zoom way in to the action!! The performance and storage is a 10/10 Samsung checks all the boxes!!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

This S25+ is the perfect combination of size and capabilities for my needs. It has plenty of power for work and entertainment. The size allows the screen to be large enough for reading documents but not so big that it won't fit in typical car mounts or your pocket. I highly recommend it.

We are Seniors, so always need some help with new tech. It has been about 9 years since we got new phones. We have been loyal Verizon customers since 2013. The customer rep was eager to get us new phones, but told us nothing about the one phone being back ordered and provided no assistance in the transfer of data from our old phone to the new. We are still waiting for the second phone. We took our old phones to UBreakItIFixIt and paid to have data transferred from my S20FE to the new phone that we did get, have the S20FE scrubbed clean and the S8 data from Tim's phone transferred to the S20 since his S8 could no longer update. We think some of that service should have been offered at the Verizon store. We don't much care for change, but our grandchildren are encouraging us to switch carriers. We will do nothing until we get the second phone, but I would recommend that Verizon have someone in the store who get work with people who are not tech savvy. Ruth

My S23 requires data use to get my voicemails (won't do it on wifi) and it auto installs game apps when it updates. Both of these are frustrating but I haven't been able to figure out how to stop it. Does the S25+ do this too? If so, which phone doesn't?
