I picked up the Samsung note, I had it for a few days, the phone camera was horrible so I went back and paid $50 to send back the phone and get an iPhone and they completely failed to mention I'd be without. A phone for 3 weeks. Horrible service.

Have not received my phone yet. Damaged package with Fedex will not send back or deliver to me. Went to Verizon store, they said FedEx would have to send it back before they could cancel the order. FedEx gave me the run around to. So here we are.
