Improvement over my old (10) phone, difficult to learn some new procedures without help, downloading apps and posting the icon difficult, not satisfied with new Weather Channel SnapChat even worse than before.

Sure, it was a S25, sure it was "unlocked," sure it was even the color I wanted . . . HOWEVER, what they DON'T mention, is that it doesn't work on AT&T/Firstnet networks, because they (AT&T/Firstnet) can't certify it, so you end up having to return it. This ended up being a "happy accident," because I went with another, better phone in the end. But would have been good to know, BEFORE I spent the $$, and had to go through the hassle of returning a phone I can't use. :/

This is the third Galaxy phone we purchased and am always happy with the changes to the next gen phone. Not a lot of difference from the past models and was super easy to set up. Definitely recommend the Galaxy S25
