I love the 1 TB of storage and 16 GB RAM. It still is a fully functioning phone and then unfolding it it's a nice size tablet. Not too big, not too small. The screen is awesome. It takes great pictures and videos. With all the storage it has, I can take high quality videos without worrying about running out of storage.

This is my first Samsung Fold phone. I was a bit skeptical about the whole folding screen and the crease in the middle of the phone. After changing the background to dark, with current apps, and when playing games or watching videos, you don't really see the crease. The folding screen is a plastic material, while the front screen is glass. I love that I have the option to choose between the small screen or the larger screen when reading, gaming, and watching videos. The only thing I dislike is that the protective cases for this phone are ridiculously pricey. But overall, I like this phone. I just wish it came in cobalt violet.

I’ve been an early adopter of Samsung’s foldables and have owned every version of both the Fold and the Flip. Each generation has improved, but the Fold 7 is the first one that truly feels refined. The hinge is noticeably tighter and more confidence-inspiring, and the slimmer profile makes a bigger difference than I expected. Closed, it feels natural in the hand, not bulky, not awkward. Open, it feels like a serious productivity tool. For the first time, I don’t feel like I’m carrying a cool piece of tech that I need to be careful with. It feels durable. Purpose-built. Like a device designed to be used hard, not admired gently.

I was on the fence about upgrading to the 7 for some time. It wasn't until I actually held one in person that I realized what a complete game changer it was from the previous models. The slimmed down form factor with the wider front screen make this great to use in either folded or unfolded mode. The versitility of features would make it truly hard to go back to a non foldable phone.

I have been a fan of the Z-fold phones since the Z-fold 2 which was the first one I saw available in the United States. Then I got a 4. And I wasn't planning on upgrading as soon as I did but after my 2-year mark my screen took a crap on me when I got a crack right down the middle of the fold. So I upgraded to a six last year, I already had my screen take a crap on me so then rather than deal with the pain in the butt of getting it fixed I just decided to upgrade even though I've had the phone for just a little over a year. So about 2 weeks ago I upgraded to the seven. Tonight when I open my phone I already have two little pixels showing. If they stay the size they are I'm not going to worry about it. But if it starts to grow I'm definitely getting this one repaired seeing as in the course of a year and a half I've shelled out a little over $4,000 just to buy them out right. I don't know what happened to the quality of the screens from the beginning but these newer versions are lacking as far as that goes. Everything else is fantastic. I don't know about the battery cuz I pretty much always have mine plugged in for the most part. But I haven't had an issue. And each one is getting a bit faster each time so that's a plus. Like I said I'd like to see them make the screens a little bit more hearty. I thought we were supposed to be able to get 200,000 opens and closes out of them before there might be an issue. And to be honest mine is open most times. Very rarely do I actually close it that's usually only when I'm going out to dinner or going somewhere else. Other than that it's usually open.
