Check / Delete Visual Voicemail Messages - Motorola

Here's how to check, listen to and delete Visual Voicemail messages from your Motorola smartphone.

Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.

In order to perform the steps below, Visual Voicemail must be active.

From a Home screen, navigate:

Apps

Voicemail

If unavailable, from a Home screen swipe up then tap Voicemail

or from the apps list tap 'Verizon' then tap 'Voicemail'.

From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the

Refresh icon

(upper-right).

The most recent message appears at the top of the list.

Tap a message to view the message details (e.g., time, number, length, etc.) then do any of the following:

If using Premium Visual Voicemail, you can view the text of the voicemail at the top.

Play message

Tap the

Play icon

To enable or disable the speakerphone, tap the

Speaker icon

(lower-right).

To delete a message:

From the Visual Voicemail inbox, touch and hold a message.

To delete multiple messages tap (check) the messages you wish to delete:

Tap the

Trashcan icon

then tap

You can also check your voicemail by calling from your Motorola smartphone or from another phone.
