Reset Voicemail Password - My Business

Here's how to reset your Voicemail password via the My Business website.
  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Business.
  2. In the Wireless Number field of the Service section, enter the 10-digit number then click the
    Search icon
    .
    Click the Search icon
  3. Click the
    + sign
     (plus sign) beside the appropriate 10-digit number.
    Click the Plus Sign
  4. In the Device Information section, click
    Reset Voicemail Password
    .
    Click Reset Voicemail Password
  5. Select an option:
    • Reset to the last 5 digits of wireless number
    • Reset to custom password
      In the New Password field, enter a 5-digit password.
    Select an Option
  6. Click
    Submit
     (lower-right).
    Click Submit
