Add a Contact via Basic Visual Voicemail - Kyocera

Here's how to add a contact on your Kyocera phone via Basic Visual Voicemail.
  1. From the Home screen, tap the
    Apps icon
    .
  2. From the Apps tab, tap
    Voicemail
     Visual Voicemail app.
    If necessary, tap
    Verizon
     then tap
    Voicemail
    .
  3. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, touch and hold a message.
  4. Tap
    Add to contacts
    .
  5. If applicable, select which account to sync your new contact with (e.g., Google, Phone, etc.).
  6. Enter any of following info then tap
    Save
    .
    Depending upon the account type, the options presented may vary.
    • Name
    • Phone
    • Email
    • Address
    • Events
    • Add another field
      • Phonetic name
      • Email

      • Address
