Lenovo tab 4 8 PLUS - Manage Data Usage

Here's how to change the data usage cycle and set data warnings and / or limits on your Tab 4 8 PLUS.
  • Device data usage may differ from actual usage. For accurate info and bill cycle dates, visit the My Verizon website.
    For Business Customer data, visit My Business.
  • To control data usage on your account, refer to Verizon Family™.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Network & Internet
    Data usage
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • Change Data Usage Cycle:
      1. Tap
        Billing cycle
        .
      2. Tap
        Billing cycle
         once more.
      3. Set the date to match the first day of your bill cycle then tap
        SET
        .
        Refer to your statement for the bill cycle date.
    • Set Mobile Data Limit:
      Mobile data is turned off when the data usage reaches the limit indicated by the red line. To use apps needing data, use Wi-Fi or adjust the limit.
      1. Tap the
        Limit switch
         to turn on.
      2. Enter the desired data limit then tap
        SET
        .
    • Set Mobile Data Warning:
      1. Tap the
        Alert me switch
         to turn on.
      2. Enter the desired warning threshold then tap
        SET
        .
