Care Smart app - Check Watch Location

Here's how to locate your Care Smart watch via the Care Smart app.

Ensure the Care Smart app is updated (Google Play™ Store or Apple® App Store®).

The watch must be powered on to be located.

The watch must be in an area with cellular service.

Open the

Care Smart app

If presented with the PIN screen, enter your PIN.

Tap

Dashboard

Swipe left or right to select a watch then tap the

Locate icon

Allow several seconds for the location to be determined.

Apple Watch location is automatically updated every 15 minutes. Tap the watch location to see the latest reported update.
