Google Pixel 4a - Turn Wi-Fi Calling On / Off

When turned on, Wi-Fi Calling may improve indoor call quality for your Pixel 4a.
  1. To use Wi-Fi Calling, ensure Wi-Fi is turned on and connected.
  2. Open the
    Phone app
     Phone icon.
  3. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon.
  4. Navigate:
    Settings
    Calls
    Wi-Fi Calling
    .
  5. Tap the
    Use Wi-Fi calling switch
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    If prompted, review and accept the Terms & Conditions, tap
    CONTINUE
    , enter a valid E911 address then tap
    SAVE
    .
  • To select your calling preference while traveling outside the Verizon wireless coverage area or internationally, ensure Wi-Fi Calling is turned on, tap
    Roaming preference
    , select 'Wi-Fi' or 'Mobile' then restart the device.
