MOTO G POWER (2021) - Wireless Emergency Alerts

Here's how to manage emergency alerts (e.g., AMBER Alerts, etc.) for your moto g power (2021).
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps & notifications
    .
  3. Tap
    Advanced
     then tap
    Wireless emergency alerts
    .
  4. Tap
    Allow alerts
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
  5. With 'Allow alerts' on, tap any of the following to turn on or off:
    Presidential alerts can't be disabled.
    • Extreme threats
    • Severe threats
    • AMBER alerts
    • Public safety messages
    • State and local test
  6. Tap
    Vibration
     to turn on or off.
  7. Tap
    Alert reminder sound
     then select an option (e.g., Once, Every 2 minutes, etc.).
  8. Tap
    Spanish
     to enable or disable the ability to receive emergency alerts in Spanish when possible.
