Samsung Galaxy Book Go 5G - Insert or Remove SD / Memory Card

Here's how to insert or remove an SD / memory card for your Galaxy Book Go 5G.
The Galaxy Book Go 5G supports microSD memory cards which can be purchased from any Verizon store or online.

  1. Ensure the device is powered off.
  2. Gently insert the SD / memory card into the slot on the left edge of the Galaxy Book Go 5G as shown.
    Ensure the gold contacts face down.

  3. Press in until a click is heard.
Don't remove the memory card before following the 'eject device' procedure below as it may harm the card and/or the device.
  1. Press the
    Windows

    E
     ( Windows key +E)
    keys

  2. Click
    This PC
    .
  3. From the 'Devices and drives' section, double-click
    Secure Digital storage device
    .
  4. If necessary, click
    Drive Tools
     (at the top).
  5. Click
    Eject
    .
  6. When the 'Safe To Remove Hardware' message appears, push the card gently until it disengages from the SD / memory card slot on the left edge of the Galaxy Book Go 5G then pull it from the slot.
