Move Media Files to / from Computer - KYOCERA DuraXV Extreme+

Here's how to transfer pictures or videos between your DuraXV Extreme+ and a computer.
Pictures or videos can also be transferred to an SD / memory card.
Only DRM free or unprotected video can be transferred via this method.
  1. Connect your KYOCERA DuraXV Extreme+ to a computer using the supplied USB cable.
  2. From the main screen, select
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.

  3. Navigate:
    Tools & settings
    Settings
    Phone settings
    .
  4. Select
    USB Mode
    .
  5. Select
    Media device (MTP)
    .
  6. From the computer, open 'Windows Explorer' or 'File Explorer'.
    For Windows Explorer, press the
    Windows+E keys
     (Windows key logo+E) using the computer keyboard.
    Alternatively, right-click
    Start
     then click 'Open Windows Explorer' or 'File Explorer'.
  7. Using File Explorer or Windows Explorer, navigate:
    DuraXV Extreme+
    Internal Shared storage
    .
  8. Use the computer to copy video or picture files to / from the following folders on the device:
    • DCIM/Camera
    • Download
    • Movies
    • Pictures
    • Music
  9. Disconnect the USB cable from the computer.
