Samsung Galaxy S24 / Galaxy S24 Ultra - Adjust Account Sync Settings

Here's how to view and adjust sync settings on your Galaxy S24 / Galaxy S24+ / Galaxy S24 Ultra if you're not receiving email and app notifications.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage Accounts
    .
  3. Tap the
    Auto sync data switch
     to turn on or off.
    Turning off auto sync stops accounts from automatically refreshing your data and delivering notifications.
  4. Tap an account (e.g., Cloud, Email, Google, etc.).
  5. Tap
    Sync account
    .
  6. Tap the switch for individual items (e.g., Contacts, Calendar, Email, etc.) to turn on or off.
    The items presented vary depending upon account type.
    To perform a manual sync:
    1. Tap the
      Menu icon
       Menu icon.
    2. Tap
      Sync now
      .
