TCL 50 XE 5G - Check Device Storage

If your TCL 50 XE 5G is running low on storage, it can cause crashes, slow performance, freezing apps, etc. Check your available memory to prevent these issues.
  1. Open the
    Settings app

  2. Tap
    Storage
    .
  3. View the available space from the following sections:
    If the device memory is full, apps can be installed and files can be moved to an SD / memory card or to a computer.
    • This device
    • SD card
      This option is only available when an SD / memory card is inserted.
      Tap the
      dropdown menu
       to switch between device and SD card.
