Here's how to turn Mobile Hotspot for your LG G Pad 8.3 LTE on or off.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    More
     then tap
    Mobile Hotspot
    .
  3. Tap the
    On/Off Switch
     to enable or disable.
    When turned on, other Wi-Fi services are turned off.
  4. If presented with the notification, tap Yes or OK to continue.
