Update the Receiver and Router
- First, unplug both the Receiver's and Router's power adapter from the wall outlet.
- Then, unplug the Receiver's and Router's Ethernet cable from the power adapter.

Remove the Receiver from the window bracket.
While keeping the Receiver supported, firmly press the release clips on both sides and pull it directly outward from the window.
Remove Gecko tape plate.
Using the tab on the bottom of the mount, slowly apply outward pressure to release the Gecko tape from the window.
Pack up all the equipment and send it back to us.
Be sure to bring both the Receiver and Router. Once you receive the return box at your new address, pack it all up and send it back to us later.
Set up the new Verizon equipment at your new address.

Remove the bracket shims.
Find the bracket shims on both sides of the Receiver. Press the center of the shim and slide it toward you to remove.
Remove the Receiver from the mounting bracket.
Starting on one side, press the metal tab then pull the Receiver toward you to release it from the bracket. Then, do the same on the the other side to fully release it.
Remove the railing bracket.
Using wire cutters or strong scissors, cut the railing ties to remove the bracket.
Pack up all the equipment and bring it to your new address.
Be sure to bring both Reviever and Router. Once you receive the return box at you new address, pack it all and send it back to us.

- Then, unplug the Receiver’s and Router’s Ethernet cable from the power adapter.
Remove the Receiver’s cover.
Pull downward on the cover, a click indicates it can be pulled outward and removed.
Remove the bracket shims.
Find the bracket shims on both sides of the Receiver. Press the center of the shim and slide it toward you to remove.
Remove the Receiver from the mounting bracket.
Starting on one side, press the metal tab then pull the Receiver toward you to release it from the bracket. Then, do the same on the the other side to fully release it.
Remove the mounting bracket.
Use a screwdriver to remove
the two mounting screws, then remove the bracket from the wall, along
with the siding shim that may be behind it.
Note: We recommend patching any holes left on your home’s exterior.
Pack up all the equipment and bring it to your new address.
