Verizon service is a scam

Never received item but is being charged for it, Verizon is not helping after days requesting assistance, I have saved conversations of being transferred ignored, lied to, and no resolution still since ordered on 12/26/25

It’s my first iPad but the Pro 13 inch (M5) is exceptionally great in all areas I have zero complaints I love it!

So when I ordered the iPad. Everything looked fine. But when I received info of delivery. It got send to my old address so I had to got there and pick it up. So it was one very obnoxious because I have order two devices prior to this one and it was sent to the correct address. But not this one. Also. Second. Its too close to christmas and im not going to report the tablet loss and need to wait weeks or months for a replacement. I went there and thankful I was able to get it. But all together it was not a good experience.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I had the 6th gen iPad Pro 12.9 and it was already great but this new iPad is REALLY good. It’s light as an air, it’s fast & snappy, and the cameras (front & back) are a lot better. I use this my ipad for EVERYTHING - from admin work, entertainment, and playing games and it keeps up, no problem.

Outstanding iPad. Very happy with it as my old iPad is 9 or 10 years old. Very happy I upgraded to it. As for the size it’s wonderful to have a large screen 😻
