The keyboard had a hardware failure and could be fixed. I received zero help from Verizon or Asurion. Before the keyboard crashed I really enjoyed the computer, but I won’t take that chance again with this product.

It was like having a regular sized laptop again, but this time I could fold it into a tablet and I could have service even if I left home and my wifi. I love it a lot… but I miss having the google play store.

i have had no issues with my laptop its slim fast and i am very happy with it also had no issues when bogus microsoft scam was able to jump on my computer very noticable could see icon move when iwould turn on thought it was trashed but i was able to out smart them and fix it and still works great

was excited when I bought it did not get insurance for it and the warranty was up now the keyboard those not work have to connect a keyboard to it and cant take it anywhere because I would have to carry the keyboard as well that does not work for me. Now I'm stuck with a bill and a useless laptop

I think this laptop is perfect for me as a computer science student ! The only thing I would say could use some improvement is the battery life and volume. The volume is not as loud as it could/should be, and my battery doesn’t last 10hours

I LOVE my new laptop/tablet. When I finally decided to upgrade my chromebook that I had since COVID (got more for the kids and my grandma), I was the last of 4 that still used it. Even though I could only have one app opened at a time, I still liked it a lot. But when I saw this one, and that it had similar features (laptop, tent, tablet, data as well as wifi for connection), I was sold... it is bigger in size than the chromebook and it uses microsoft/windows. I've already been searching, but this needs a case protector (my chromebook has one) and maybe even colored covers for the keyboard?? (my chromebook also has one) I would recommend this to everyone. Especially if you aren't always near wifi for connection, you'll still be able to get service through Verizon...
oh, and I keep seeing the word 'pen' as I'm exploring my laptop and I didn't see anything of a pen as I was searching for protection cases. Does it have its own or it's a universal type? Anyway... I'll keep looking.
Oh! And you can upgrade to the Windows11 with ease if you find out yours has the Windows10.

I was very dissappointed that i gave this unknown brand a shot. first it came with windows 10, wouldnt give me the update til a mont a later. Also the battery charger it came with didn't charge it. I had to use my macbook charger to charge this laptop. The battery would die rather fast. The trackpad... O M G the trackpad... it sucks. It will either not work, or start glitching. I needed a 5g capable laptop for this online program I'm doing for emergencies when we have a terrible snow storm taking the power out. But this device has been unusable. I tried a bluetooth mouse with it.. and while i am able to get a more steady control over the cursor, this thing still jumps around. I contacted customer serviceand they hardly helped. Orbic's customer service i should specify. I ended up purchasing a lenovo thinkpad yoga with 5g capability while i have this dumb brick sitting in one of my old backpacks. This is a waste of money and do not purchase this brand.

It is very heavy, the screen quality is not great and what bothered me the most was how bouncy the screen was everytime I touched it.

If you run into any issues with this device. Orbic does not monitor their email at all. They usually take weeks to respond if they even do at all. Plus their drivers are broken in Windows 11.
Basically this device got bricked for me over something so simple. Neither Orbic would help or Verizon. Verizon just referred me to orbic’s customer service and did nothing. Super cool.
