On start up it says Processing system not responding, it will freeze difficult to scroll. This makes the second one, it was replaced few months ago

I got this device for "free" by opening a line. From the day it was opened in the box, this unit was hot garbage. I could literally watch the battery count down percent by percent every 20-30 seconds. The processor was so slow it lagged even when swiping between photos. This thing was obsolete two years ago, and even worse today. I am at my last bill and cannot wait to go and remove the line for this useless device.
