Yup the reviews are true the charging port it flimsy! They charged me $100 to fix it because it had to be soldered! The cámara quality sucks but my daughter had cute pics I needed to save that’s why I fixed it! It’s not the worse tablet it has high resolution for videos etc. and mine does stay charged for a long time

So many apps I can’t remove my son can only have about 8 apps because you can’t remove so many apps that he can’t even use.

Got 3 for my children. ALL charging ports beoke in a month of having them. Would understand if one brike but not all 3!!!

I bought this tablet for a 2nd time because my child really likes it. The first tablet the charging port broke twice!! The 2nd tablet the volume keys stopped working and just yesterday the power button stopped working. Very disappointed and I won't buy it a THIRD time!!

It lasted a while but charger port is not working very well due to using while charging. Battery dies quick and it's not a good kids tablet

Charging port broke on BOTH that I ordered

I ordered 2 of these for my girls and the charging port broke on 1 of them shortly after, and the other broke just recently. I wish I had listened to the reviews on this but I just prayed ours would've been fine. Wrong. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. Contacted Verizon and they said they had no one who could repair this specific tablet. Contacted all our local tech repair places and neither could they. So we were left with 2 unusable tablets. It's very frustrating.

Verizon needs to offer better children's tablet

This tablet is perhaps the worse tablet I have seen. The case became loose and worthless after 6 months. The battery dies incredibly fast and takes forever to charge. The picture is not worth much. I have owned countless tablets but only got this one for my child. Verizon... step up and bring in a better quality children's tablet.

I've already had to replace the tablet 3 times. All because of the charging port is bad. I am almost done having paid off and we are going to get it traded in. I'm sticking with Samsung.

My grandson that is 1.5 uears old absolutely loves his tablet. Daughter in law said it was easy to setup. Will definitely purchases another one for my other grandson.

Works good but the cover and screen are crap

Supposed to be for when your kids throw it. It's supposed to keep it safe. The screen has cracked twice and now 3 times and I have to replace it again. I just brought it another time. Worst product ever
