Celebrated every year from September 15 to October 15, Hispanic Heritage Month is a time to come together and honor the generations of Hispanic Americans who have positively influenced and improved society.

Verizon is proud to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month and diversity and inclusion.

The company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion stems from its Credo, which serves as a mission for all employees and states that we believe that how we do things is just as important as what we do.

As stated in the Credo, “We embrace diversity and personal development not only because it’s the right thing to do, but also because it’s smart business.”

As a way to showcase the company’s Credo and commitment, more than 200 Verizon employees – many from the company’s Hispanic Support Organization Employee Resource Group – came together to film and voice in Spanish a video to demonstrate the company’s values.
