MEDIA ADVISORY
Bell Atlantic Corporation will hold its annual meeting of shareowners
at 3 p.m. on Friday, April 26, 1996, at The Playhouse Theatre, DuPont
Building, 10th & Market Streets, Wilmington, Del.
There will be a media registration table outside The Playhouse lobby,
as well as a special seating section in the theatre for the media.
During the meeting, flash photography will be permitted, but no
auxiliary lights for video cameras will be allowed. Only shareowner
questions will be addressed during the business meeting.
There will be a Q&A opportunity for the media to talk with company
officials starting at 2 p.m. The location will be available at the
registration table.
