The customer service representatives will work in Verizon's call center and service-dispatch locations, handling service and repair requests from new and existing customers.  Excellent customer-contact skills are essential.

The technicians will install, maintain and repair communications and broadband services.

Applicants should be willing to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.  Starting wages range from $10 to $31 per hour, plus benefits and paid training.

Applicants can apply for the jobs immediately, and should do so online at www.verizon.com/careers.  Selected applicants will be notified and invited to take qualifying tests.
