BASKING RIDGE, N.J. – Verizon Enterprise Solutions today released the results of the Verizon Retail Index for Cyber Monday 2014.

On Cyber Monday (Dec. 1) 2014, Internet traffic attributed to online consumer retail shopping activities decreased 25 points from the prior day (Nov. 30) and decreased 6 points from Cyber Monday 2013.

Designed to identify online traffic patterns in the United States that Verizon attributes to consumer retail shopping activity, the Verizon Retail Index measures average daily traffic and peak volumes from the Verizon IP network during the holiday season.
