BUFFALO, N.Y. — Verizon Wireless has opened a new state-of-the-art Communication Store at 4154 McKinley Parkway in Hamburg. The new store is located at the Seven Corners at the intersection of McKinley and Southwestern Boulevard.
"This expansion represents our commitment to provide our customers with increased convenience and an accessible, knowledgeable sales staff," said Leslie Jemiolo, regional director of Communication Stores, who noted the store employs nine people.
The Hamburg store is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The store includes a service center and an installation bay.
The grand opening brings the total number of retail locations in Verizon Wireless' Upstate New York Region to 58 stores, more company-owned stores than any other Upstate New York wireless carrier.
